Sopwell House
Sopwell House is a privately-owned Country House Hotel near St Albans. It encompasses a country club, swimming pool, fitness centre, gym, brasserie, restaurant, and conference and banqueting facilities.
Paul was employed as Executive Chef to raise the restaurant standards to that of London restaurants.
The restaurant won two AA rosettes for its fine dining and achieved the highest rating for a privately-owned 4-star hotel. |
