Grosvenor House has been a landmark on Park Lane since it was constructed in 1929.
After leaving Castle College, Paul joined Ninety Park Lane (the award-winning restaurant attached to the Grosvenor House Hotel) as Head Chef. He was quickly promoted to Executive Chef, and looked after Lord Forte's Board meetings at Forte Head Office.
As Executive Chef of the Grosvenor House Hotel, Paul also had responsibility for Browns Hotel and latterly The Waldorf Hotel.
