The Dorchester Hotel
Training at the Dorchester was an experience of a lifetime for Paul. In addition to a thorough basis on which to build his career, Paul was also honoured to be chosen by Anton Mosimann to go to the Culinary Olympics 1976 in Frankfurt. The team came away with the team gold medal and individual gold medals for the 100-plus dishes they produced.
